MDAR rolled out a new licensing process in January of 2023. This annual license costs $100 and needs to be accompanied by a Shelter/Rescue Operation Plan.

Your license number should be listed on electronic and printed materials such as:

  • Web site

  • Contract

  • Business cards

  • Letterhead

  • Flyers

  • Facebook 

  • Instagram

  • Petfinder

  • Adopt-a-pet

  • Newsletters

  • OCVI
